🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Jacket Sports
We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns
You can return your item if:

• It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

Note: Innerwear and discounted items are not eligible for return.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@jacketsports.in with your order ID and reason.

2. Our team will schedule a reverse pickup via Shiprocket within 2–4 business days.

3. Once received and verified, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

💸 Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC

• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or wallet (details will be requested)

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges

• Size or style exchanges are subject to availability.

• Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are shipped once the original item passes QC.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked Final Sale

• Used, damaged, or washed items

• Custom or personalized orders

⚠️ Return Rejections
If the return fails quality checks, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
